Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

By creating an account or using Invoice Openly, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account

Use a valid email address and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account. One login can manage several businesses, each with its own estimates and invoices.

Your content

You own what you upload: business names, logos, photos, customer details and documents. You let Invoice Openly show that content to the customers you send it to, only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to use any logo, photo or review link you add, and that payment handles you enter are yours.

Acceptable use

Don't use Invoice Openly to bill for anything unlawful, to mislead customers about who they're paying, to spam people, or to interfere with the service. We may pause or remove accounts that break these rules.

What Invoice Openly is, and isn't

Invoice Openly helps you write estimates and invoices and share them by link or QR code. We are not a payment processor, bank or money transmitter. Payment buttons just open the app your customer chooses; we never hold or move money. Marking an invoice paid is up to you.

Limits

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it running but can't promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, Invoice Openly and EaryDigital aren't liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or disputes between you and your customers or payment apps.

Ending your account

You can cancel your membership any time; see Billing, Cancellation & Refunds. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
