Membership pricing

Invoice Openly costs $9 per month, billed through Stripe. One membership covers your login, including every business under it. It renews automatically each month.

How to cancel

Open Settings, then Manage subscription, and cancel in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for, so you keep full access until then.

After that, your existing estimates and invoices stay viewable, and links you've already sent keep working for your customers. Creating, editing and sending new documents needs an active membership.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, update your card from Manage subscription. Your records are not deleted.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Submit a request from your billing settings with the payment details and reason. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

Customer payments are separate

This page covers your Invoice Openly membership only. Money your customers send you through Venmo, Cash App or any other app is between you, your customer and that app, including its fees, disputes and refunds.
